13) for how to proceed. We (the Tor developers) spend most of
14) our time developing Tor, and we're even busier now that we <a

16) have funding</a>. There are no people devoted
17) to user support, so try to help yourself before <a

27) authorities. Use this if you run a Tor server and have a question or
28) problem with your server.</li>
29) <li><tt>tor-webmaster</tt> can fix typos on the website, change wrong
30) statements or directions on the website, and add new sections and
31) paragraphs that you send us. You might want to make a draft of your new
32) sections on <a href="http://wiki.noreply.org/noreply/TheOnionRouter">the
33) Tor wiki</a> first.</li>
34) <li><tt>tor-volunteer</tt> wants to hear about your documents, patches,
35) testing, experiences with supporting applications, and so forth inspired
36) by our <a href="<page volunteer>">volunteer page</a> (or other problems
37) you've fixed or documented about using Tor project). There's no need
38) to mail us before you start working on something -- like all volunteer
39) Internet projects, we hear from a lot of excited people who vanish soon
40) after, so we are most interested in hearing about actual progress.</li>
41) <li><tt>tor-assistants</tt> is the catch-all address for press contacts
42) and other comments and issues.</li>
43) <li><tt>donations</tt> is for questions and comments about <a href="<page
44) donate>">getting money to the developers</a>. More donations means <a

46) Tor</a>. We're happy to help think about creative ways for you to
