Dropping the arm projects from the volunteer page

At the moment I'm trying to focus on stem related work, and would rather not
mentor an arm related project. The gui made by krkhan still needs work and the
client mode use cases are up for grabs so I'm leaving these bits intact, just
commented out.

Updating GSoC page for 2012 and rewriting some sections
