Match Android before Linux in jquery.client

Some Android browsers provide a Linux tag in their
navigator.platform tab. This was resulting in Android
being misidentified as a Linux browser as the Linux platform
was matching first.

This commit moves the Android check to match first.

This commit adds a box on the download-easy.html.en webpage which
includes links to install Orbot.

The jquery.client.min.js script is from 2009 and does not detect
Android. I've added JS Android detection.
