Set svn:ignore property for new (?) directories gettor and press. Am I the only one who cares about that? Doesn't it look ugly in your SVN tools, too?

Translating the nice IE rant from the english page into the german docs/de/tor-doc-web.wml, discouraging potential users to use the IE with Tor.
